Went to see this last week, I absolutely loved it! It's only about the 2nd film I've seen George Clooney in but he was sooo brilliant. His comic timing is amazing. Anyone else seen it?

I thought it was dreadful and I love a romcom.

All I kept thinking is why are they trying to make JR look so dowdy? Her hair scraped back and those hideous, hideous clothes.

I thought JR looked really good. She looked like a woman in her 50s which is what she is!

That did make a refreshing change. She's not known to be vain either which I like about her.

I love cheesy rom-coms, and George Clooney, but I watched it online and thought it was awful. Very predictable, and terrible script. No chemistry at all between the daughter and the seaweed farmer. I lost my WIFI with about ten minutes to go, and had to force myself to watch the end lol.

It was shite. But really enjoyable shite, if that makes sense? My DDs really enjoyed it too; they’re at an age where it’s hard to find things that we can all see as a family, so felt it was a winner from that point of view too. A great rainy afternoon film.

I have no issue with women looking their age, she is still a beautiful woman but they made her look terrible. Who wears a boiler suit or indeed a suit suit to the beach? She supposedly packed for Bali!
