Watched this last night and thought it was very good. Very tense and suspenseful and filmed in Scotland so the scenery is amazing.

I did a little search and found that James did not have a script and so improvised his lines. Pretty amazing when you watch it.

Anyone else seen it yet? What did you think?

I looked on Amazon for reviews and most were good but a couple said it was boring. I was on the edge of my seat for most of it so definitely not boring for me.

It was meh. Too many dark scenes - not scary dark but not enough light dark.

I quite enjoyed that. I take the point about it being visually rather dark but tbh fairly realistic for Scotland!

Must admit I just love British films, and the Scottish Scenery in this was stunning. And I enjoy dark, quirky films.

Me too, I'd rather something like this than a big loud blockbuster.
Was filmed in Glencoe by the looks of it, the scenery there is indeed spectacular.

I think others were not scripted too. I had no idea about James McAvoy but one of the other characters used the same word too many times in a sentence for it to be scripted which made me Google it. Also of only 1 person wasn't scripted then how would the others fit their lines in as the conversation might not go as expected.

I enjoyed it but thought some of it would never happen in real life. Especially the end bits
