And I don't think it's The Maid or Roma. What stands out about this film is that the woman looks after a family and their children, but her adolescent son lives with her sister in a distant city. I think he comes for a visit? None of the film descriptions I've seen note this pretty important detail, so I'm hoping someone else can help me!
