I need to go into hospital this week and would love some recommendations for tv series/films/Netflix/podcasts to keep me entertained as my child normally keeps me busy and I don't normally have time to watch anything. I love anything really except sci-fi. Thanks

I enjoyed a thorough examination by the Chris and Xand van Tullekan about UPF foods. Found it very interesting

Big fan of the parenting hell podcast with Rob Beckett and Josh Widdicombe.

For podcasts currently really enjoying
Real Dictators (I could listen to Paul McGann's voice for hours!)

Also enjoy

Criminal (black writing on white background, a brilliant series, loads of short 15-20 min episodes about things that could be considered criminal as well as the usual murder stories)

Levar Burton Reads, he reads stories!

True Crime Garage

The Shrink Next Door (a complete series not ongoing)

On Sounds

Evil Genius (comedy debates about famous historical figures)
You're dead to me (history)
Documentary Podcast
Charles Paris Mystery
Side Ways
Bad People

Also if got Audible they've got some really good free to download podcasts (but you have to be a paid subscriber)
Stephen Fry's Victorian Secrets
Stephen Fry's Edwardians
An Almost Complete History of Sitting Down
Hijacked Histories

Sorry didn't clarify on Sounds meaning on the BBC Sounds app. The first list are all on apple podcast but pretty sure they can be found elsewhere too.

Lupin on Netflix is fantastic… though subtitled! The main character and Paris are both gorgeous, and it’s such a clever storyline.
