I recognise the title, but not sure whether because I've seen it or just read a review.

What's it about again?

Bomper · 04/12/2007 18:53

It's based around 3 main characters, a man who is dying and needs a heart transplant urgently (Sean Penn), a woman whose husband and 2 children are run down and killed in a hit and run accident (she donates her husbands heart to the man)(can't remember the actress's name) and the man who commits the hit and run who is a troubled ex-convict (Benecio Del Toro). It is depressing and troubling but a good film nonetheless. The part in it where she arrives at the hospital to be told her two little girls are dead just made me sob and sob

Yes I saw it recently, I didn't think I was going to like it, but i was in tears also, it was a really emotional film and really good storyline. I know how you feel about wanting to give your dc a hug. I remember thinking I don't know how I'd cope if that had happened to me.

Yes it is very good and I know what you mean about the woman who lost her family. Sean Penn is a brilliant actor. The whole story is just so troubling.

I watched this last night

Thought it was very good (harrowing though)

Brilliant performances

HAve fallen in quite a lot of love with Benicio del Toro

I got confused on selecting it though and was expecting something on the cocaine trade - got it mixed up with Traffic. HOW?
