aww bless - turn russell brand on!

It was very sad. I enjoyed it, but I didn't feel all that much empathy for the characters most of the time. I especially didn't like Jake Gyllenhall's character. But then I was I was viewing it with a modern, diversity-aware attitude.

It was worth watching for the scenery alone, I love mountains and big skies.

i thought it was ok, certainly not great. suffered from being over-hyped perhaps. and I agree with bran - I'm not all taht sure I liked either of them.

hatwoman · 26/10/2007 23:47

but, I/m fairly sure I cried too.

AitchTwoOh · 26/10/2007 23:48

didn't much like it, tbh.

CrowOnTheCradle · 26/10/2007 23:51

I loved it and it stayed with me for hours after I watched it. I thought it was very subtle and was pleased they'd remained faithful to the story.

drosophila · 27/10/2007 00:02

I thought it was very good too.

Emprexia · 09/11/2007 21:26

i hated it, it was boring and pointless

weebleswobble · 09/11/2007 21:27

I did enjoy the film, but missed a lot of the dialogue. I don't know whether it was my ears or there was a lot of mumbling.
