is there a nicer film that Young Victoria?

We watched it again this afternoon. I just love it. Great music, sets, costume and script. Also reasonably historically accurate, apart from the then-elderly Lord Melbourne being played by the lovely Paul Bettany.

It's one of the few films I can watch again and again

I disagree. I thought the language was not Victorian, nor some of the other aspects of the dialogue or lack of deference.

Emily Blunt is also much taller (and much better looking) than Queen Victoria.
