Hello,

I know I'm late to the party and I'm not sure if a thread has been started about this film yet but I watched it last night and I really enjoyed it!

Tom Holland was absolutely amazing, I've only seen him as Spider-Man and I kinda thought that's all he could do as him and his character seem really similar personality wise but he genuinely blew me away in this film.

Robert Patterson's Preston was grimy and creepy even more so than Edward Cullen (I didn't think that was possible 😃).

I wouldn't say it was a horror though, it was more of a psychological makes you think kinda thing and it's themes of religion, evil and kindness - it's really good and I would recommend it to anyone (SPOILER there's a bit of a graphic animal abuse scene which I skipped, it happens around 25 minutes in).

What did you guys think of it?

Watched it a couple of weeks ago and thought it was excellent...

I also loved this, so atmospheric and well acted. I was so shocked to see Harry Potter’s cousin in it as well! If you’re interested, it’s based on an excellent book that’s well worth a read.

Really good film.

Amazing, I had to double check it was Robert Pattinson, I didn't realise he was that good.

He really turned on the creep factor didn't he? Genuinely made me feel uncomfortable, he did such a good job. So did Tom Holland but to be fair I've only seen him in Spider-Man haha
