Arthur and the invisibles - anyone find Madonna hugely irritating?

I watched this yesterday with ds and found Madonna's voice so unpleasant. She had one tone all the way through. Yuck. David Bowie wasn't much better. Why not just get proper ACTORS to do these jobs - they are often really good at acting!!
And isn't it a little pervy to have Madonna aged 40 whatever and a little boy sort of in love with her. I mean I know that it's fiction and all that but still, yuck, it so didn't work for me!

Not seen it, but David Bowie in Labyrinth was fab. Never noticed if he could act or not as was mesmorised by his cod piece!

Oh, I always find Madonna hugely irritating. Big on ambition, short on talent, I find. And I am very tired of seeing her lycra-clad genitalia.

Gotta agree I find her camel's toe highly disturbing!!
