Just seen this. Really liked it. Anyone else seen it?

Yeah I enjoyed it. Spent most of it feeling really sorry for spiderman. Blaming pregnacy hormones. Was surprised with the character of mysetrio and how it differed from what I knew about the character.

Yeah, I loved the whole overwhelming teen emotions mixed in with the superhero peril stuff, which is obviously a specific tone feature of Spiderman's story particularly.

Good post credits scenes, too. There were only four of us left by that point. We were baffled when the entire cinema jumped up at the first credits. I thought everyone knew it's not over until it's over with Marvel...

Yeah my son loves the ultimate spiderman cartoon and I feel. It's the most true representation of the whole teenage angst and how a teenage would feel dealing with trying to juggle it all. Loads left when I went too!

Tom Holland is so good. Quite something to convince as a 16 year old when you're in your 20's, even if you do have a baby face.

My dd 7yo really wants to go see this. I have seen it's a 12a rating though so unsure now whether to take her... we loved homecoming though!

I thought it was great. I hope the Marvel Movies keep up the trend of being instant classics.

Liked it too, good special effects.

Really enjoyed it and thought Tom Holland was great.

I too was baffled by the number of people that left as soon as the credits started rolling. They all missed a major mid credit scene and a somewhat odd post credit scene. Surely Marvel fans should know this by now!

Saw it one last time today - I think it was its last showing at our cinema - it was packed out.

I loved it - tbh I love the teenage road trip story more than the Spiderman fighting super villains parts. Peter Parker is such a great character and I think Tom is brilliant (and adorable). He and Zendaya make a great Peter and MJ.

I hope they sort out the next one without too many hiccups. I think Spidy will be fine having his own story and not being part of the Marvel Universe - it just seems weird now they've tried to play him into the Marvel storyline. But I think the next film could work without that and just be a friendly neighbourhood Spiderman type story again (that's where he's best anyway imho).

Also what a brilliant soundtrack - Ramones, The Jam, Go-Gos, Specials etc - been listening to it on Spotify!
