Thought it was mostly shit though I liked some of the changes to the ending.

Would've been better if the trailers hadn't completely spoiled everything.

Laughably bad I’m afraid. Entertaining because of that but utter dross. None of the suspense or frights I hoped for.

I agree IT was awesome. The new version at least. The old one was sort of weird...I mean suddenly the clown was a spider...and wtf is going on here?! xD

Think cause seen the original knew what happened. Didn't hate it but seemed a bit meh.

Highlight was the cinema guy asking how old me and my friend were before he'd let us in... We're 29!!!!

I enjoyed it!! There does seem to be a fair amount hating it though.

One of my favourite Stephen King books; never seen the other film as it was rumoured to be utter dross as many SK film adoptions are apt to be.

Went with DS1 - he thought much of it cliché (especially the existence of two creepy spooky looking girls with long hair). I'd agree with him where the sister was concerned. Totally unneeded - but found it more an amusing than irritating addition.

The first adaptation was a lot better. And that's saying something. The new one is a shocker for all the wrong reasons.

The book is brilliant.

I don't think any SK film can live up to the book ( although I do love Shawshank and Green Mile).
I want to see it but am expecting dross.

I adored the books, but the film from the early 90s was pretty bad. Are you really saying this new one is worse? Perhaps I will give it a miss!
