Suggestions for scary movies appropriate for a 6 year old?

My 6 year old son is obsessed with horror characters and scary movies. We are running out of appropriate movies to show him.

He has seen ghostbusters, goosebumps, witches, hocus pocus, goonies, beetlejuice, monster squad

He never found any of the above scary enough.

Anyone got any suggestions?

I watched the exorcist at 9- he is nearly there!

Krull is a 15! I googled it because I used to love it as a small child and was surprised it has such a high rating.

Charlie and the chocolate factory for that boat scene!!

Coraline is brilliant! I love it as a grownup and DD is still obsessed with it since watching it the first time at 6. Making her way through the book now.
