Saddest film you've ever seen?

So I'm sitting here watching Seven Pounds (Will Smith)
I've seen this film loads of times, but it never fails to make me cry. Like proper ugly cry, tears streaming, everything.
This is the only film that does this to me. I think it's so underrated.

What movies do this to other people??

The pursuit of happiness
Marley and me
Titanic
Gladiator

I went to see Haachi when DD was about 5 or 6. We had the cinema to ourselves and after about 10 minutes we were snivelling and it got worse and worse. We couldn't get up and leave, because we kept hoping for a happy ending.

Don't watch sad stuff anymore, but Sommersby was my last one I can think of great acting by J foster & R Gere

I wish that I had not watched this film
it was called Me before YOU.
It was about a young man. who became paralysed in an accident,. he later had a lovely young woman to come to his posh house, to keep him company. the eventually fell for eachother, and unbeknown to the girl, the guy has decided to end his life, at a dignitas type of place,

It was a personal type of upsetting film for me. as my son is paralysed from the chest down, and in a wheelchair, My son is ok though, he travels, drives his cars, has a business, and has a lady in his life, and two lovely dogs and a cat.

Cried buckets during and afterwards. My boyfriend was so embarrassed!
The soundtrack didn't help!

Dismissed. That was a bad idea.
Oh and I could not watch the Boy in the Striped Pyjamas either as it was too sad. I was only 11 years old when it came out and I was at a sleepover.

I don’t like sad endings, so I never watch films where dogs die etc...somehow I watched Sophie’s Choice. Traumatic.

Manchester by the Sea is the most devastating film I've ever seen - Casey Afflick is phenomenal in it. Watched it for the second time recently and cried more than I did the first time around.
