No one yet apparently but no more films with Cruise. A Netflix show or similar.

I agree that Tom Cruise isn't Jack Reacher but I still think the books are a little far fetched. Army war veteran drifter given access to Police Department information to smash a crime ring.

Far-fetched is rather the whole point of the books -- big bloke routinely takes on five or six baddies at once and lays them all out, even takes a bullet to the chest in one of the books and survives.

There was a long-running thread on Amazon a few years ago as to who should play Reacher (after near-unanimous shock that tiny Tom had bagged the role).
It's quite difficult -- they've got to be really big, preferably blonde or fair, and not that young either.

I'd vote for Chris Hemsworth. He's probably too young and too handsome but I could overlook those flaws, I'm nice like that

In his day I would say Nick Nolte.
