I think I love this film a bit more each time I watch it.

When I first watched it (probably teens) I related to Baby and I remember the first time watching it as an adult I was struck by how much more vulnerable and relatable Johnny was than I had ever picked up on before.

I'm at "How'd you call your lover boy" now, one of my favourite bits.

Hate. "Don't you tell me what to see". From baby's dad. Sounds so disjointed. Don't t listen to it now. Will ruin it.

It's finished now. I teared up at the end. I'm blaming the gin!

Love this film (and soundtrack) then someone told me to never google the out take from when they're dancing in his room. Thank God it was cut (now go google it!) 

They really disliked each other during filming ... in the montage when he rolls his eyes cos she giggles is totally real!

Let's be honest, your naive just out of school DD falls in love with a skint holiday dancing teacher at least 10 years older than her, who shags a different woman every week. You'd lock her in her room, and drive home the next day.

One of my faves.
Yeah, knowing they didn’t get on has taken the shine off a little bit, but it doesn’t show, they have amazing chemistry.

On the other hand, the remake no chemistry at all. At first I didn’t think they were going to have a sexual element in it, as they were so mismatched. I seriously thought they were doing a platonic version!

Arh no it doesn't ruin it, just shows they are fab actors! I think he was a bit touchy about the dancing since he was a professional and she wasn't- quite like the film actually! Ha

I watched it loads as a child - yes a child - my mother allowed me to watch that on a weekly basis through out my childhood!! What was she thinking!

Amazing film. But my god the 'live action' remake is one of the worst things I've ever seen. And I've watched all 3 Human Centipedes.
