watched this on dvd last week...think its a 2003 film...but wow, i was sobbing my heart out.....what a BEAUTIFUL romantic heart wrenching film!
would definatly recommend to all the romantic souls out there.

I sobbed and sobbed while watching this film too. I love it and watched it lots when it was on sky movies

It was one of those films that didn't have a huge amount of publicity about it when it came out - but the story just appealed to me right away. Was it by Nicholas Sparke or Evans - I did read some of his earlier books, but, yeah it was fab - sooo sad too.

Nicholas Sparks, read a few of his books. Mesage in a Bottle is another made into a film.
