Not seen a film for yonks as still working our way through 24, but due to end soon, so looking forward to a good DVD. I love fantasy type things usually.......

i watched it last night and it scared the shit outta me,

DP stood up in the middle of the night and spread his hands wide and put them over his eyes (youll know why i shit myself when you watch it)

i was expecting the David Bowie labarynth sort of thing -- definatly NOT like that!!

Excellent movie. Set at the time of the Spanish civil war and is about a young girl going to live with her new step-father. It's a brilliant movie, not nice to watch in places, but well worth it.

oh my god this film is AMAZING but deffo not a lovely kiddies fantasy it is extremely violent and v.scary in places but well worth watching it stayed in my head for days after I LOVED IT !!!

Mark Kermode says it's worth watching the director's body of work..Kronos, devil's backbone the Pan's Labyrinth for the full effect. He speaks a lot of sense but I will have to work over 3 weekends.

This is a very good and memorable film, Dh loved it too. There is extreme violence and brutal scenes and i hate that kind of thing but overall it was worth watching x
