ShockShock I can't believe how awful this film is and the fact it's kids that are doing it!!! Shock

I love (and hate) that film. The first time I saw it I was expecting a lake monster/ puppet/ CGI type effect and liked (and hated) the direction it took.

DigestiveMuncher · 09/10/2016 22:00

It's probably one of the best I have seen lately even though it is old. I like the fact that it's different you'd of never expected it too of been a gang of kids that have done it all!! But Jesus it's definitely graphic Shock

It's such a good film (in a totally sick kinda way) It was mentioned on a thread here not so long ago and I posted that I found it super scary because it's not an American movie with kids climbing in each other's bedroom windows and being murdered in the school bathroom 🙄 It's so normal it feels so close to home

Nataleejah · 10/10/2016 17:51

I watched maybe halfway into it. Not my type. I don't mind graphic violence, but torture porn isn't my style

Jackiebrambles · 10/10/2016 17:52

I'm pretty hardy but after reading a thread on here I'm a bit scared to watch this!

DigestiveMuncher · 10/10/2016 20:50

Torture porn I didn't think I saw any.. or do you mean cos they were videoing the torture?

Jackie- it's not scary, it's just vile!!

Fucking horrible. And not in a good way. Unlike Sightseers, which is excellent.

Aridane · 08/04/2017 20:18

Brutal

cushioncovers · 27/04/2017 16:57

It really upset me. Had to skim past parts of it. Won't ever watch it again. I'm a horror film lover but this was too close to home.

Bambambini · 29/04/2017 22:34

Couldn't watch it once the violence escalted - very disturbing. A well made and well acted mivie though - just too much for me these days.

traceyturnblatt · 29/04/2017 22:36

DH and I went to see it at the cinema, it's the only time I've seen masses of people walk out of a theatre mid-movie.
I couldn't watch it.
(Shudders)

I love it. I lent it to a work mate. She and her son started watching. Did not think anything was happening, then they were cliniging to the edge of their seats. Shocked!

mizu · 07/05/2017 22:14

OMG, I posted on here a while back describing this film cos I couldn't remember the name of it. It haunts me [shocked] it really does. Watched it a few years ago and will never forget the ending.

Didn't quite know what to make of it, real stuff of nightmares.

user1488408666 · 22/05/2017 14:03

Am a police officer and found this film very harrowing as it really isn't too far removed from what some of the youths I deal with are capable of.

Thought it was brilliant but not in an entertaining way.

MsGameandWatch · 28/05/2017 02:17

I thought it was one of the most horrible films ever. So hopeless and deeply unpleasant. There was a genre of similar horror movies out at the same time where everyone just got slaughtered and evil triumphed every time. Just horrible.
