saw this last night, i really loved it and it's definitely in my top ten already, bit weird to hear people saying it was slow and boring but I guess they just didn't get it.

go and see if you love a bit of historic witch/religious type themes.

I saw it too. Excellent, didn't really feel that it was a horror story, more a study of religious paranoia and isolation. I thought the acting was excellent- the twins were by a mile the best child actors I've even seen.

Ha - I didn't see this thread before starting one this morning saying how awful I thought it! Just shows, different strokes!

I thought it was awful as well, I watched it with my mum and we walked out agreeing it was absolutely dull. So did the majority of those in the cinema with us.
