Many years ago Scottish chef Nick Nairn was filming a traditional cookery 'tour'. He was watching a wee old lady make black pudding. Unfortunately he was fatally hungover. As she poured a huge jug of blood into a bowl of oatmeal and onion he literally turned green and had to flee. The knowing smile on the sweet old lady's face was SO funny.
