Zoolander 2 - Boolander

Loved loved loved Zoolander so was really looking forward to seeing Zoolander 2. Saw it tonight. What a hot mess!

Perhaps if you cram a film with celebrities you don't have enough money left for the script. Maybe the joke is the characters and when you've seen them once it ain't funny any more.

There were some mildly amusing moments but I really wanted to like it much more than I did.

Is it just me? Anyone else seen it yet?

I really enjoyed it especially Benedict Cumberbatch. There was a point around the time that Will Ferrell came into it when I thought I was going to get bored it I didn't as it moved on. I went with two 12 year olds. I thought it was better than the first one

I don't get it. There was one post and a rating of 2 stars. I gave it 4 stars but the average is still 2 stars?!

Merrylegs, I agree with you 100%! I absolutely love the first film, I have seen it so many times and I think its so funny and well observed. I saw Zoolander 2 at the weekend and was so disappointed.

As you say, it was full of cameos (most of them were needless) and it was as though they had forgotten to work on the script. They really should have left well alone and not bothered with making this film!

I thought it was funny.

I LOVED IT! I TOOK MY 16 WEEK OLD BABY AND HE KEEPS ON QUOTING LINES FROM IT! He aspires to be a male model when he is older.
