I love my Phil and Teds! It's lightweight, easy to get through doors etc and you can use it with the cocoon for a little baby and a toddler then with two upright seats when they're older. I had a side by side oushchair to start with but this is so much better.

Fillyjonk, I was just scratching my head over that too! When I saw the link, I thought it was going to be about taking a double pushchair into the cinema, and was thinking who would be bonkers enough to do that!!

How big will your gap be? I didn't bother with a double. My gaps are 2yrs exactly and 22 mo. Try a sling and buggy then buggy and buggy board - a lot cheaper and less hassle.
