Why doesn't the brain drill work? It was meant to mess around with his eyesight and memory, wasn't it? Did he defeat it with the power of his testosterone?
Also, once naughty blofeld and his friend C had all this surveillance power, what were they actually going to use it for?

Surveillance Power was going to be used to take over the world/build a moon base/defeat Sherlock.

He was basically Moriarty still wan't he? Felt a bit too obvious casting him, much as I love him...
