12A certificates

I wasn't really sure where to post this question. Thought films was as good a place as any. My 7 year old son really, really, really wants to see Ant Man, which is a 12A. Has anyone seen it? Has anyone else taken their dc to see this cert? I have read the classification re content, just wondered what people's thoughts were. He's not a particularly timid child, he has 3 older brothers!

Took DS 11 and Dsd 10 to see it it was totally fine

We use IMDB parent guide section to help us make our minds up on things, it breaks the films down into different sections like language, sex, violence etc.

Common Sense Media have good synopsis and highlight issues that might be age inappropriate so it's worth checking there. Does mean you stop seeing films without knowing the plot though...
