I'm just watching this and have questions. It appears that Robert Langdon is a professor and expert on the history of the Catholic church so why does he ask for help reading Latin and Italian? The woman is some sort of physics expert so why does she know the post-mortem signs of the overdose of a rare medicine? Are cardinals allowed to adopt orphans in foreign countries?

My question would be why did you waste 2 hours of your life you will never get back watching this shite? At least it was only the film, the book would have taken longer to read than watching the the film, so that's some consolation.

I was only half watching and I'm now also very confused about how Ewan McGregor got his hands on a helicopter and how he could fly it. Maybe if cardinals adopt orphans they arrange helicopter lessons for them?
