Saw this last night and thought it was very good but am confused! I thought the film was going to be the same as the book which we read for our book club. Is the film based on the manuscripts found in the suitcase?

Haven't seen it yet, but the trailer looks exactly like the second section of the book. Perhaps you only read the first half for your book club?
