So far (for all of 2 weeks) family film night has been going well and the DCs are really looking forward to it.

So far we've watched Matilda and Madeleine.

What would you suggest for a 4 and almost 6 year old? DD and DS but not fussed by typically girly or boy films.

How to train your dragon (1 & 2) - brilliant films and my dc love them (they're 4 and 2).

Labyrinth or The Neverending Story? Small child here is 4 and a bit and loves both. Ditto for Sword in the Stone.

The Croods and Brave. They're funny to adults (I laughed, ha) and funny for kids too.
Flubber (that was one of the only films I sat through in the cinema as a kid)
The BFG
Robots (with Ewan McGregor)
Mary Poppins and Bedknobs and Broomsticks.

And definitely How to Train Your Dragon / 2!

Here's a good list although some will only be suitable when your children are older...
