Fantastic film, didn't take my eyes of it. If you like the royals and or Lady Di it is fab. Tony Bliar is in it all the way through too. Excellent acting and mannerisms. Recommend it but take your tissues.

I've seen the trailer - Helen Mirren looks amazing! We'll have to wait for DVD or TV though as we NEVER get babysitters!

Would a man like it?

More of a girly film I would say but if he's interested in whole Lady Di thing then both go. I do think Helen Mirren will get an Oscar for it.

I really enjoyed it very much, but can't say I had any requirement for tissues at all.
There was some excellent acting & stunning scenery.
I found it quite thought provoking & was left with some unease about the role of the media & its manipulators, such as Alistair Campbell.

Not even when the little girl so "no, these are for you" to the Queen.

LOL, no not even then SHRose!!! I was really fascinated by the film, but no hankies needed for me or my sis. Must be a real hardened old cynic!!!

Oh dear..I saw this yesterday. I thought it was awful, although Helen Mirren was good under the circumstances.

I'm sorry, I kept thinking of 'Spitting Image'!
