DS is really keen to go, but it's a 15 and he is only 11 (nearly 12 though and quite mature).

Would it be OK for him do you think?

DD, 10 and mature, wants to go too. I looked at BBFC info and unfortunately it doesn't sound suitable. She loved Senna, has your DS seen that? If not, you could watch that on DVD or On Demand instead?

Yeah, we decided to leave it and distract DD by going to see About Time. It worked but I'm pretty sure I know which of the two films is the better!

Saw it this evening. was much better than I expected - actually quite moving. But I'm old enough to have sat up all night watching the 76 Japanese Grand Prix.

We went tonight with Ds 17 and DS 14. We also went to see Senna when that came out.
It is a really good film. All four of us really enjoyed it.

There is a small amount of nudity, nothing to get outraged about and there are scenes of Niki Lauda after the accident.

I asked Ds 2 what he thought and he said it was 'really good' which in teen speak means awesome!

Saw the film with dh a few weeks ago and thought it was v good.

It is a bit sweary and there are a few sex scenes... It's up to you how mature your ds would be around that...

My ds is only 8 but way too young for it yet (despite being a little petrol head! ).
