Epic - suitable for a just five year old?

I'm tempted by Epic but is it suitable for my DD, just turned five, does anyone know? It is a PG and a bit scary apparently but she did cope okay with Rise of the Guardians. But as the heroine of this one is 17 I wonder if it's meant to be more for tweens...

I'd like to know also, was thinking of taking the kids this weekend. Anybody out there seen it yet?

I took my three year old.

She thought it was hilarious. My six year old not so much. He thought it was a bit meh.

Took my 3 and 5 year old today. It wasn't really scary but it wasn't that great a film IMHO. Ok for a rainy half term day though.

I am taking my 10, 8 and 5 yr old to otrow morning, they have seen the trailer and are desperate to see it.
