oh god , please dont bother!

i found the original basic instinct very intense and sharon stone was very sexy and scary...
basic instinct 2 failed to capture this....the story was pretty rubbish and the fact that it was set in england....with all the britons speaking very posh was really really annoying 'innit man'.
the sex scenes deffo wasnt up the scratch either

faeriemum: You and I seem to watch the same tv/films! We saw this in the States earlier this year and thought it was sooo baaad! My dh thought all the supposedly "sexy" bits were just an advert for Sharon Stone's new boobs! Also some of the american audience didn't seem to get the English accents at all and preceeded to chat amongst themselves throughout the film and then one couple who had been very noisy got up and left half way through!

It's a shame it was so bad as I really like David Morrissey who plays the shrink. He was fab in "Blackpool" last year.

Yup. Utter crap.

Didn't enjoy this film at all. DULL, DULL, DULL.
