What, going Out?

walkinginawinterBundleland · 07/12/2005 16:24

ok they have: Narnia, Constant Gardener, Exorcism of Emily Rose (!), flightplan (which I understand is a bit of a no-no), Keeping Mum (looks crap), mrs Henderson Presents, Nanny McPhee/Wallace & Grom (saw both with dd1)

think i need to find another cinema..

I would actually give Narnia a go, given those options. Ice cream. No kids. Think of me putting the Inferiorettes to bed as their dad comes slowly back from Edinburgh

walkinginawinterBundleland · 07/12/2005 16:30

dd1 is going to see it on Sunday, as part of a birthday party (bonkers parents take other 5 yr olds from 10am-3pm shocker)

Oooh, do you think DD1 would like it?

tamum · 07/12/2005 16:40

Ds and dd are going to see Narnia with school, so I am going to have to take (28 year old) step dd instead, whether she likes it or not.

walkinginawinterBundleland · 07/12/2005 16:43

there's obviously a Narnia For Grownups mass movement going on...

You could come with us, we could all go

Avalon · 07/12/2005 16:48

What's wrong with Flightplan? Thought I might go and see that.

walkinginawinterBundleland · 07/12/2005 16:51

I think it was batters who said on another thread that it was so bad that people were laughing..for all the wrong reasons.

Avalon · 07/12/2005 16:53

Thanks. Might give that a miss now - unless I fancy a laugh!

walkinginawinterBundleland · 08/12/2005 10:03

right. i went to see In Her Shoes, expecting it to be baaad, but it was even worse but filled a couple of hours nicely and helped reinforce that Cameron Diaz has such bad skin. But what the f* was Toni Colette doing even being in the film?

I saw Harry Potter on Tuesday and loved it
