(apologies if there has already been a thread on this)
I watched this last night and, for someone who fairly decided opinions about films) don't know what I make of it.
On one level it's beautifully shot, good music, well acted. But also found it totally non-involving, and not just because I'm not gay. Were those 2 gorgeous young men supposed to be approaching him on the same day? The only time I got interested was when I was looking at Julianne Moore's fab maxi dress. Does anyone else feel like this about (usually American) films about miserable people who also look great and live in lovely houses.
