has anyone seen this? watched it last night and it is really good .... [blush] that Polanski is the director!

Ooh, I'm glad someone has posted on this. I saw it about 4 weeks ago and thought it was very good.

Seeing Ewan McGregor made me realise I a) hadn't seen him NOT in front of a blue screen for ages b) what a good actor he is. And scrumptious.

I loved the look of the film; all that groovy, uncomfortable architecture, and bleak, windswept landscape.
The script was good, too; funny in parts, though never in a laboured, let's lift the moment way. I also enjoyed the way Pierce Brisnan's Irish accent kept erupting through the poshness when he got agitated.
