Which Guiding volunteer roles are considered women-only under current policy?

I'm unclear on which roles are considered women only. Guides mentioned in their statement in December that most of their roles are already open to all and they are confident no volunteers will need to step down.

the only male volunteers I have met are ones that have been roped in by their wives / partners to make up the adult numbers -
and as with all leaders / helpers they would never be alone with a child -
why else would a male be wanting to volunteer at Guiding
a clear female only space (at last)

So if there was somebody volunteering and working with the guides that was not a woman, this wouldn't be a problem and nothing would change come September?

Basically what I'm trying to understand is that trans girls can't join anymore but there's no restriction on volunteering and nothing is changing in that regard?

Unit helpers can be male, so that could look like coming each week and helping out, or doing the unit finance admin (my dad does this for my Brownie unit for example), coming on the odd trip, or helping set up on camp.

Unit leaders are female.

I literally said I looked at this but as a parent it's not clear to me what those roles entail. Which ones involve direct engagement with the children?

All of the women only roles.

Then of the ‘open to all’ roles the main ones would be Unit Helper (these people are basically leaders who don’t hold the leadership qualification so can’t be in charge), supported volunteer (this is someone with additional needs who has another adult to support them in order to volunteer - quite rare) and Young External Volunteer (this would be someone completing their Duke of Edinburgh or similar and needing to do some volunteering for a set period of time - I’ve never seen it be a boy and the role is pretty rare anyway). All these would be DBS checked if over 16.

However there is nothing to say that an administrator, trainer etc might not have a reason to visit a unit, but they would be there to see the adults not the girls.
