It's very good the parents took the case and won. Should be a wake up call to any other schools ignoring the law on toilets.

Yeah, the law isn't the problem. That's been clarified. It's just making sure that the myriad of places used to not following the law or hiding in the uncertainties around words actually now ow it. But it is at least good that there's a clear way to push back on things like this.
