I don’t really know what to say at this point. So, so sad that those who have experienced this level of birth trauma then want to outsource it for their next child.

So she's going to pay someone else to take the risk for her. I know how I feel about that.

I find it sickening. It’s hard to find the words for how abhorrent it is.

Of all people, she and her partner should realise why surrogacy is wrong, but she’s a brat so if she wants something, she won’t care about using and endangering another woman to get it. Obviously her partner is the same. Not to mention the trauma for the child being taken away from the only mother they will have known at birth. Disgraceful. Surrogacy should be banned.

I remember research about how surrogacy can be genuinely traumatic for the newborn because of losing the gestational prenatal bond (as well as the risks we know about for the surrogate). I think its an awful choice to be honest, especially for someone who seems to make an awfully big noise about safety for women giving birth. Seems selfishly hypocritical.

Because she was never genuine... She's just another 'reality tv made grifter' through and through. These types exploit any and all lived experience to jump on a cause or campaign for exposure and money, milking it dry.

Why anyone's suprised is beyond me.

She's a professional whiner, and she and her DH can barely be bothered to raise the child they already have. I find her insufferable with the post birth trauma... yes she had injuries and it was difficult for her, but she and her baby both survived. I didn't get to bring my second baby home but haven't spent the rest of my life since moaning about it on Instagram

It’s chillingly hypocritical. How someone can publicly champion women’s maternity rights whilst in the process of paying to hire another woman’s womb is frightening. She has a child and knows the risks and lives in a world where money buys anything you desire, including a a child.
