Absolute disgrace. Simon Levy who MURDERED a prostitute was let out after 11 separate sexual assaults on public transport and on a prison officer. And those are the ones he was CAUGHT for.

This is outrageous.

'Serial sex offender' charged with murdering sex worker was on bail

Simon Levy is accused of carrying out attacks on a total of 11 woman which culminated in the murder of a sex worker and the rape and strangulation of another victim while he was out on bail.

Having read the article I think the issue is that he hasn't been sentenced at any point. There's repeated mention of 'charged with'/'suspected of'.

He sounds guilty as sin. There's just too many separate incidents. However, we go by 'innocent until proven guilty' so until sentenced they probs have to treat him as innocent.

Why bail him? He murdered a woman because they bailed him 8 times.

Because the way our legal system works he's innocent until convicted.

He could have been held on remand

At least hold the disgusting rapist somewhere so he didn't have the chance to rape or kill anyone else.
