I love Pedantry Corner. I can point out spellings and grammar and no one thinks I'm being rude or annoying.

Bluntness is fine and mostly unnoticed. Also I'm a pedant and you were being pedantic which is allowed. No good dishing it out if I can't take it. Apparently I can be very direct and abrupt in conversation and I appreciate honesty. I'm not easily offended because I think most of us are just trying to live our lives as best we can. And the vibe here is gentle.

I like to think my tact organ is rather overdeveloped, but it does sometimes fail or misfire. When that happens my guilt is always ready to step in. Actually, for someone who wasn't raised a Catholic, it's sometimes too ready. The only bit of my memory I can dependably rely on.

Which is the beautiful burgundy engine that's at the railway museum in York? I've not been there for years so I've forgotten its name. I think my favourite bit was the room that had odds and ends that had been randomly salvaged and donated. Including, iirc, a BR hamburger 🍔

Also Ivor the Engine over Thomas the Tank Engine any day of the week.

Myrtle lioness and I are off for a little stroll in the forest. I would have invited more of you, but it took an absolute age to make AI represent a female moose, and I know if I try to add any more creatures to the picture, the moose horns will come back in a flash.

I would love a hospital gown in that fabric.

Also a bedside quokka would be a great comfort.

Though if I do see one on the ward, it may be just the effect of opioids.

I managed to get a female Moose without antlers, but it still gave me a mane and gave the antlers with an extra floating antler to Cake
