Aw this is so backward that in a so called 1st world country, where 51% of the population of humans are "asking for it" and the small majority of the male population are "getting away with it".
We need a total overhaul of the legal and school system with leadership from the top that this is no longer acceptable and there will be harsh consequences for any perpetrator. Culturally these type of men should be ostracized, called out, named and shamed.

I didn’t report. I knew he would get off. I knew people wouldn’t read the small print and wouldn’t realise that lack of evidence is not the same as being innocent. I struggle every single day and I’m angry yet relieved I didn’t report. System is so f#*ked.

I don't get why these types of sinister sexual crimes go through the same legal system managed by the same police who handle thefts and street violence.
We should have a separate police force who are specially trained to understand how different it is and there should be a different legal test to apply. Their time should be dedicated to these crimes and it should all be separately reported - under biological sex obviously.
