DISTRUST IN POLIYICAL PARTIES
When it comes to distrust in political parties, they are all as bad as each other. Is it possible to find a solution in time for the next election?

This is a very long bit of writing. I apologise I don’t have the skill to explain my ideas briefly. I wanted to provide my reasoning before making the request for help at the end. To make it easier to skip blocks of writing I have put headings in. I have never posted on a chat platform before please forgive me if I have gone about it all wrong. I realise most other posts on the site are short

On 11 January 2024 the House of Lords
“Definitions of parliamentary democracy vary, but its main feature is that the executive receives its mandate from, and is responsible to, the legislature”.
And the legislature receives its mandate from ‘the people’. So, what is the remedy if they do not act on that mandate, but instead they ignore what’s best for the people?
Well, the answer has always been ‘you can vote them out’
But what if, all the alternative parties or choices do the same as the people you want to vote out, what then?
Every mainstream party in the UK is managed by its gatekeepers making sure that the control within their party remains with the anti-democratic ideological elite enforcing lies and corruption of our culture. All these parties ignore ‘the people’. They ignore the seemingly fictional tales their party puts out about policies being ‘in the public interest’ and they ignore the actual material harm their policies are having.
EVIDENCE ALL PARTIES HAVE BETRAYED THE BRITISH PUBLIC
I do not have a time-line for the betrayal of women, gay and lesbian minorities, and the safeguarding of children. I think it would be useful, but lacking it I am going to rely on the fact that the majority of Mumsnet contributors know that every political party is implicated in the betrayal of the above groups and the population as a whole.

However, there is a timeline for the NHS betrayal from Democracy in Europe (DiEM25) “Your NHS needs you” www.yournhsneedsyou.com/timeline/

ACTIVLY INCITED THE TAKEOVER OF THE BRITISH WELFARE MODEL BY INVESTORS IN THE AMERICAN PRIVATE HEALTH INSURERS MODEL
Instead of funding the NHS as they are meant to they have saddled the British People, as owners of the NHS, to take on billions in debt and deprived the public of huge numbers of GP surgeries, local hospitals and smaller health services in order to make things more attractive and profitable for the investors of the American Health Insurance Companies in exchange for 50+ million pounds of American Investor funding

Vidkun Quisling is often quoted as the most quintessential traitor and collaborator because he actively incited the invasion of his country by the Nazi’s. Look at what our political parties have done allowing the Queer ideology theorists, to invade our public institutions; health departments, legal departments, schools, and the women’s social welfare sector. Look at the expansion and dominance of American style capitalism that has taken over responsibility for public services and welfare models. They call it public/private partnerships, but is not mutually beneficial as the advocates say, we have lost out time and time again, it has been in effect an invasion of the worst kind of American Capitalist Exploitation into country.

KEIR STARMER AND THE LABOUR PARTY SUPPORT THATCHER TYPE MONETARY POLICIES, THE SELLING OFF OF NHS ASSETS TO US INSURANCE COMPANIES, THE ABANDONMENT OF ORDINARY BRITISH PEOPLE’s INTERESTS IN FAVOR OF BANKS, MONEY MARKETS, AND OTHER CAPITALIST INTERESTS
I point this out as a former member labour party
We have all heard the rhetoric, by favouring the creators of wealth it creates better conditions and better prospects for ordinary people. There is zero evidence of this in Britain or America. It is quite the reverse.
Documents on Keir Starmer’s high-level meetings in the US while he oversaw Julian Assange’s possible extradition to Sweden have been removed from the public record - but the CPS told Declassified it doesn’t even know what it has destroyed.
During Starmer’s time in post, the CPS was marred by irregularities surrounding the case of the WikiLeaks founder, destroying key emails related to the Assange case, mostly covering the period when Starmer was in charge.
Starmer, shared a stage with Blair at the Tony Blair Institute (TBI) Future of Britain conference last summer, and has populated his team with Blairites — including the former Blair special adviser Matthew Doyle, now Starmer’s director of communications; the former Blair strategist and speechwriter Peter Hyman, who is a senior adviser; and another former Blair special adviser, Peter Kyle, now the shadow science secretary. In particular Kyle and Wes Streeting, are said to act as Blair’s emissaries around the shadow cabinet table.
Wes Streeting MP, spoke of taking the fight to the “left.” But the Blairites’ “victory” was only made possible by the deliberate refusal of the Corbynites to fight them on anything.
Marianna McFadden, previously “head of insight” at the TBI, is deputy to Starmer’s campaign director, Morgan McSweeney. Working with them is Marianna’s husband, Pat McFadden, a Blair government veteran who is Labour’s election campaign chief.
Just look at how Labour dismiss British women, count the rights we have lost.
Starmer lied to the 300,000 people who had joined the labour party because they supported Jeremy Corbyn’s democratic policies. Once elected as leader he got rid of Jeremy Corbyn, Ken Loach, and many more.

THE EVIDENCE THAT THE BRITISH PEOPLE DO NOT WANT WHAT THESE PARTIES ARE OFFERING
In November 2023, the Constitution Unit published its final report on attitudes to democracy in the UK and its future This followed three years of research, including public surveys and a citizens’ assembly. The report covered many aspects of democracy, including attitudes towards politicians, the UK democratic system and how the public should be involved in democracy.
The Constitution Unit found “high levels of dissatisfaction” with how UK democracy was performing and that many people wanted “significant change”. the report stated that confidence in politicians was “especially low”
95% of members said, “The public should be able to trust their elected representative to behave honestly and selflessly. While the political system is intended to have mechanisms in place to police this, we believe that they are not working well and that greater involvement of independent regulators is needed.”

So, the question becomes, if we cannot trust our elected representatives, and we cannot trust any political party, how do we get “significant change”?

WHO CAN WE TRUST

Noam Chomsky speaking about the concept of dissidents ‘speaking truth to power’ said, "power knows the truth already, and is busy concealing it. It is the oppressed who need to hear the truth, not the oppressors”. One of the pillars of democracy is a free press, and yet again because it operates under political ideology and partisan loyalty, rather than values it cannot be relied on to Tell the truth either. The only thing that can protect democracy is the coming together of the majority who want it, like the 95% of representative people consulted by the Constitution Unit.

CALL TO ARMS -Sneak Attack

Who are the groups who could come together in this way, and unite in a coalition to fight all-current political parties at the next general election?

How do we reach ordinary people before the next election in every electorate and appeal to them to change their usual vote on the basis of valuing and maintaining the unique characteristics of our country which first introduced its welfare system in 1948,

What could be done differently, and what instruments could we use to restore public assets back to the people to persuade people it is possible to return from the abys?

The election is before January 2025. It is May 2024, Is it possible?

If you can suggest groups to me, I will personally write to every single one of them asking that they consider joining together as a coalition to fight the next election and provide the country with a chance to return to democracy.
