I'm looking for book suggestions for my daughter. I need a sensible guide to puberty/growing up which is rooted in biological fact - if that makes sense - specifically aimed at younger girls (8-10ish, but needs to include details about periods/body changes etc).

There are a lot of options out there so I wanted to check if anyone has already managed to figure out which ones are most suitable. Thank you.

celebrate your body and it’s changes too.

renee Taylor.

it looks okay to me. My daughter rolled her eyes at me and told me she knew it all from school -so no review from her.

Having gone through all of the human body books in my local bookstore, this one stands out as being at the right level of detail - explains the underlying biology well, and is a good starting point for discussion. Bright and Bold reproductive system. I'd really recommend looking in your local library or bookstore though so you can gauge what's the right level for your child.
