My eldest dd is about to start her first graduate job in a ruthless and competitive industry.

She’s well informed about the challenges to women in the workplace but, sadly, learning to be sufficiently assertive and give herself appropriate boundaries is, I think, still going to be a massive learning curve.

Any suggestions for a good luck gifts that would help with this? Nice card and sentiments I can do but a book with practical advice would be amazing. While I’ve had to navigate the workplace too it’s always been in female-dominated fields. I’m both hugely proud and scared for her.
