How do we go arranging spoons to fight a legal case against NHS England and an NHS Trust please? Cant say too much as she's been threatened with legal action... what are the next steps?

Are you thinking in terms of crowdfunding? To get women to donate your friend would need to get publicity, even if she used an alias, and would also have to both explain about the case and what would happen to any spare cash.
