You're right. Linda Riley was the director of the original Jack the Ripper Museum Ltd: https://find-and-update.company-information.service.gov.uk/company/08002897/officers
The museum's stated aim is to portray the history of women in the East End of London "through the eyes of the victims of Jack the Ripper." That aspect wasn't made clear to the council at the time of Ms Riley's planning application; and quite what his poor victims were able to see after being butchered is something which only somebody as savvy as Linda Riley could possibly explain (providing you have purchased a valid entry ticket).
Ms Riley recently jumped onto the #MeToo bandwagon beating her breast about being a victim of something but she has never thought of the victims of Jack the Ripper other than as a moneyspinner.
According to Google Linda Riley was recently sued in the High Court for breach of trust and lost in January 2023 https://www.bailii.org/ew/cases/EWHC/Ch/2023/107.html
Rumour has it that she's now sunning herself somewhere in Florida, so not much chance of her paying a penny of the costs she was ordered to pay. 😳
