Great article. Thought provoking.

I think the loss of senior officers is quite significant. It has an effect in the NHS as well, losing long serving staff, and presumably also in social care, tbh any organisation working with people.

That's amazing @PermanentTemporary thank you so much for sharing this. I'd never heard of Stanko or Hohl but they are doing incredible work and kudos to whoever set this project up and the many good officers working with them. It is a national scandal that rape conviction rates are below 1%. I devoutly hope this will help.
