I missed my period by 15 days. Yesterday night I felt extremely unwell had major cramping and sever bleeding for less than 24 hours and it stopped..

How old are you? Could it be early menopause? My friend had this at 32 and it ended up being the start of menopause. I’d try and make an appointment with the doctor and get checked out.
