I don't want to not answer because you seem to be feeling ignored sorry OP but I'm certainly not in a position to answer. Perhaps you could start a support thread (similiar to transwidows) so that women with those shared experiences could talk to and support each other. I would hope that it was possible to get counselling and support in person but I'm sure that that would vary dramatically by area. FWIW I do hope you can find (or create) the support community you're looking for.
