COP27- so few women leaders, makes me sad.

I just feel we are not progressing at all- of 110 world leaders at Cop27, just 7 were women.

Yes it is sad and indicates how little the world is changing and how little values associated with women are able to influence the world

Businesses know they will be financially more successful if they have more diversity at all levels of the organisation .
