Does anyone know if Kate is on Social Media? I could really do with making contact with her. V grateful for any advice, I have some questions about her legal case as I may be facing something similar.

Sorry to hear this @MrsMorton Theres a really good Posie Parker (Kelly Jay Keen) video about what to do in the instance of being aggressively pursued by police for your legitimate political beliefs.

The judgment is well worth a read, sets out clearly why the first decision to convict her was wrong. www.judiciary.uk/wp-content/uploads/2020/12/Scottow-v-CPS-judgment-161220.pdf

I would say NEVER accept a caution, and offer a no comment interview. The Bad Law Project might be able to help out with the costs of some specialist legal advice.
